Thank you so much for all the work you have put into the recipes and notes. I am so grateful and appreciative. I’m planning a big cook up day on Saturday and can’t wait to cook these delicious meals.

From the moment I first met Mel, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to get to know me and my health issues, and really understood what I was going through. My personal cooking class with Mel didn't feel like a class at all! It felt like I was cooking up a storm with friends, laughing, joking, swapping stories... and at the end of it sharing an incredibly diverse and delicious meal that I couldn't believe I had actually made myself!

 

Reflecting on the class later, I realised how much I had learned and, most importantly, how confident, inspired and excited I felt to go forth and conquer my low FODMAP life.
