GRANOLA
The rule:
4 to 4.5 cups dry ingredients + 1/3 cup coconut oil + 1/2 cup rice syrup.
Dry ingredients: hazelnuts, brazil nuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, puffed rice, puffed buckwheat, puffed millet, puffed quinoa, rolled oats, quinoa flakes, coconut flakes, macadamia nuts.
Syrup alternatives: rice syrup, maple syrup, honey.
Granola flavour possibilities:
Blueberry, lemon + cashew
Cinnamon, orange zest + ginger
Chocolate
Maple Cinnamon
Chai
Mexican Chocolate
Coffee vanilla
Honey + lemon zest
Apple Cinnamon
Walnut, vanilla + fig
Choc Banana

GRANOLA BARS
The rule: 3 cups dry ingredients + 2/3 cup rice syrup + 1 cup peanut butter
Granola bar ideas:
Rolled oats, seeds, choc chips
Rice bubbles, hemp seeds
Rolled oats, dried fruit and nuts
BLISS BALLS
The rule:
400g dry ingredients + 400g dried fruit.
Dried fruit options: Medjool dates, apricots, apples, mango, banana, sultanas, currants, raisins, cranberries, pineapple, peaches, pear, goji berries, berries, citrus peel.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
