Quinoa/Red rice/Rice noodles

Red cabbage

Mango

Kale

Red capsicum

Carrot

Mint

Coriander

Dressing

1/3 cup of Peanut Butter

2 tbsp Lime juice

2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tbsp of GF Soy Sauce

2- 3 tbsp of Coconut Sugar

1 tsp of fresh Ginger

1 tsp of Sesame oil

DIETARY:

Vegan

Low FODMAP - 40g of Mango allowed (in the green)
