1 tablespoon Chia flour 

½ cup Rolled oats 

1 cup Spelt flour 

1 tablespoon Baking powder 

⅓ cup Peanut butter 

100g Banana 

1 ¾ cup Oat milk 

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1 tablespoon Maple syrup


1/. Add chia seeds to your blender and blitz into a flour. Add chia flour to a mixing bowl, along with rolled oats, spelt flour and baking powder. 

2/. Add peanut butter, banana, oat milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup to your blender and blend until smooth. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, stir until it is a smooth batter. 

3/. Preheat the waffle maker to desired setting, a tone will sound when preheated. 

4/. Pour a scant cup of batter through the top of the spout. When the tone sounds, the waffle is ready. Carefully open the waffle maker and remove the baked waffle. Close the waffle maker and repeat with the remaining batter.
